In today’s world, career readiness starts with connection, and FCCLA is your opportunity to get ConneCTEd.
ConneCTEd is more than a theme. It is a powerful reminder that success is not built alone. It is discovered through meaningful relationships, purposeful action, and the opportunities that Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) provide. FCCLA brings these opportunities to life by connecting students with the skills, leadership development, and real-world learning that prepare them to thrive—not just someday, but right now.
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national, student-led organization that empowers youth to become leaders at home, in their schools, and in their communities. Through hands-on learning, service, and leadership experiences rooted in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education, members build real-world skills for both college and career success.
As the only Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) centered on careers that support families, FCCLA helps members grow into confident leaders who think critically, act creatively, and make a lasting impact.
FCCLA offers classroom-integrated resources, over 50 competitive events, 8 national programs, and countless opportunities to explore careers and develop leadership skills in Human Services, Hospitality & Tourism, Education & Training, Visual Arts & Design, Public Service, and Financial Services pathways.

Paul's Party is a nonprofit that provides adaptive sports equipment and funds recreational activities for athletes with physical disabilities across the state.
Think about the sheer independence and joy adaptive sports can bring to kids whose worlds are often constrained. Paul's Party fills this gap by unlocking access, fostering confidence, and expanding possibility for para-athletes who deserve to play, compete, and thrive.
Paul's Party commits deeply to personal and community connections by personally meeting with each para-athlete and their family, working with their local community to raise funds, fostering friendships and support networks among para-athletes and their families, and making sure every piece of adaptive equipment they provide is the perfect fit for that athlete’s needs.
We challenge chapters to raise money by competing in our Pocket Change Playoffs. The chapter that raises the most for Paul's Party by the State Leadership Conference will get to present the check to Paul's Party on stage! Plus, your chapter will take home a plaque to show off the champions you are. On top of these bragging rights, get your very own 6 foot tall Rosie the Llama inflatable plus a $30 Kwik Trip gift card to trow your chapter an epic ice cream party!
