As the Ultimate Leadership Experience, members learn to communicate, collaborate, solve problems, and take initiative in ways that prepare them for success beyond high school.
Members develop leadership through:

Wisconsin FCCLA creates space for students to lead with purpose, contribute to their communities, and grow into future-ready leaders. Through every project, event, and leadership role, members gain skills that matter in school, career, and life.
Leadership takes many forms in FCCLA. A title does not make a leader.
Members develop their leadership skills every day through competitive events, national programs, community service, peer mentoring, and chapter activities. Alongside these experiences, FCCLA also offers a variety of leadership positions that allow members to deepen their skills and make a broader impact.
Alongside these experiences, Wisconsin FCCLA provides a progression of leadership roles at the chapter, regional, state, and national levels for students to explore, and members decide how their journey unfolds. These diverse leadership roles give members space to grow their skills and make a broader impact.
