State Leadership Conference is HERE!
Voting Delegates plays a critical leadership role.
Delegates represent their chapter in official Wisconsin FCCLA business, evaluate officer candidates, lead a chapter caucus, and submit the chapter votes.
Each affiliated chapter designates up to two Voting Delegates.
Each delegate casts one vote during the Business Meeting for any proposed bylaw revisions and submits one official chapter ballot for State Executive Council officers.
The SLC Business Meeting and officer election shape the direction, leadership, and governance of Wisconsin FCCLA.
It is highly recommended that chapters and advisers should determine Voting Delegates prior to State Leadership Conference and ensure they are available for the full process.
